The Mount Point - 1968 Cessna 177 Cardinal N3212T

I've owned N3212T since 2006 and it has been a great plane. It has been well maintained, and is very reliable. It has a bunch of new avionics and is a 9 inside and out. Unfortunately I can no longer afford the expense of keeping her hangered, so I have decided to sell her and let someone else enjoy the flying flying. Asking price is $50,000, and you will find no nicer Cardinal for that price.
